Under the contractual agreement with PT. Altelindo Karyamandiri, Masvent has been trusted to be the project manager for the Advance Legal Settlement System (ALS2) system development as well as for the system design, architecture and development of Customer Management System (CMS).

The ALS2 and CMS are system that is core and vital for legal management and customer billing of PT. PLN. The systems are implemented at PLN East Java Distribution Area (the ALS2) and will be promoted to be implemented at other PLN Distribution Areas. Masvent has developed the systems using the international standard design tool, the Unified Modelling Language (UML 2.0). The CMS has been being developed with allignment to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Model-View-Controller/ MVC development technique. The developmen methodology is combined between the Waterfall and eXtreme Programming methodology.

CMS is developed using Java language with Hibernate and Spring 2 frameworks, the world's most sophisticated and advance enterprise development frameworks. Look at those designs and tools the systems being developed possess robustness as enterprise class system and have flexibility to adapt with future changes.
