In a highly competitive bid Masvent has successfully accumulated the highest point and has been appointed by the World Bank to conduct its I-MHERE (Indonesia-Managing Higher Education for Relevance & Efficiency) project at the Jakarta State Polytechnic (UI College of University of Indonesia).

Masvent has developed design and prototype of an Integrated Management Information System to be implemented at the UI College. The integrated MIS covers:

• Financial Management module
• Human Resources Management module
• Academic Information System module
• Inventory and Procurement module
• Fix Asset Management module
• Executive Information System module

Masvent used the standard Unified Modelling Language (UML) as the tool for designing and prototyping the system. The project has been accomplished by Masvent on time, on schedule within the exact right budget and quality.
