Prior to engagement with listed clients -- before Masvent was legally founded -- under various contracts and affiliates Masvent founder and/or among the team members have been built relationship, involved and serving the following many clients.
Under the contractual agreement with PT. Altelindo Karyamandiri, Masvent has been trusted to be the project manager for the Advance Legal Settlement System (ALS2) system development.
The ALS2 is core and vital for legal management PT. PLN. The system is implemented at PLN East Java Distribution Area and will be promoted to be implemented at other PLN Distribution Areas. The pilot implementation has been done (Dec 2007) in Pamekasan, the remote area from the central of the East Java, in Madura island. The pilot was successful and resulting zero bug on the first phase of implementation.
With this system PLN can manage, track, educate and take legal actions for the late electricity bill payers. Previously the system had been being developed for almost 1.5 years resulting only 22% finished. After Masvent took over the project management, the system can be accomplished 100% only within 1.5 months !
Masvent has also developed the system's documentations using the international standard design tool, the Unified Modelling Language (UML 2.0) for further enhancements. Such documentations could not found in the previous ALS2 development
