COMMISSIONER

Kometa Kania Mukti is Commissioner of Masvent Technosoft since its founding in 2007. She has extensive 14 year experiences in the area of corporate strategy, business and management. Prior to Masvent, Kometa was a general affair team leader of a leading Japanese company, the Toshiba Display Devices in Indonesia, then was a corporate strategy development executive of NYSE listed PT. Indonesian Satellite, Tbk. / INDOSAT (IIT:NYSE). She previously also founded a company in the area of general trading in year 1998.

She possesses a German language certificate from Volkhochschule Nürtingen - Nürtingen, Germany. She was graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology Polytechnics majoring in Trading Administration as well as Bachelor of Economics from Open University of Indonesia.

He founded Masvent Technosoft on July 20, 2007 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Previously he received Supersemar Scholarship and graduated from Informatics Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung - Indonesia (Cum Laude). Then he received DAAD Scholarship for MBA degree in International Management Nütingen University, Nürtingen bei Stuttgart - Germany (with Honour). He also received some IBM awards in Sales and Marketing from IBM Indonesia, IBM Asia Pacific and IBM EMEA at Germany.

He has extensive 15 years experiences at The Jakarta Stock Exchange, IBM Indonesia, IBM Germany, PwC Germany, eBdesk Solutions (he was as founder) and EC2 Indonesia (he was as co-founder) in various positions: software developer, system analyst, project manager, sales manager, sales specialist, senior consultant, Managing Director, CEO, COO and Commissioner. He was an active writer for Indonesian-German chamber of commerce (EKONID) magazine in various e-business topics. He is also an active speaker in seminars for topics: IT Audit using COBIT®, Service Oriented Architecture, eBusiness, IT Strategy and Master Plan.

Business Council

For daily operation activities Masvent is operated by a business council called Masvent Business Council (MBC). The member of MBC are:
